Custom Orders

BeauTemp creates gifts based on the information, preferences, occasion, budget, and other details provided by the customer. Because each gift is individually designed, the final creation may vary from photographs or examples shown on our website or social media.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, delivery details, preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, and other information that may affect the order. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm a custom order and begin the creation process. Payments made through our website are processed securely through PayPal.

Product Availability & Substitutions

Product availability may vary. When necessary, BeauTemp may substitute an item, container, ribbon, packaging, or other component with a comparable alternative while maintaining the overall style, quality, and value of the gift.

Food Allergies & Fresh Food

BeauTemp gift baskets may include commercially packaged food and beverage products manufactured by third parties. Customers are encouraged to inform BeauTemp of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions before the order is confirmed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests; however, BeauTemp cannot guarantee that third-party products are allergen-free or free from cross-contact. Recipients should review the manufacturer’s ingredient and allergen information before consuming packaged products.

Fresh fruit should be washed thoroughly under clean running water before consumption. Perishable items should be refrigerated promptly and stored according to applicable product instructions.

Long-distance shipments will not include perishable foods such as fresh fruit, cheese requiring refrigeration, or other products requiring refrigeration.

Bath, Body & Spa Products

Gift baskets may contain BeauTemp-branded or third-party bath, body, and spa products. Recipients should review ingredient information, directions, and product-specific warnings before use, particularly if they have known allergies or skin sensitivities. Products should be used only as directed, and use should be discontinued if irritation occurs.

Delivery & Shipping

Complimentary local delivery is available within 20 driving miles of DeBary, Florida. Orders outside our local delivery area may be shipped by carrier. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on destination, package size, and carrier rates and will be confirmed before payment.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address or other customer-provided information results in an unsuccessful delivery, additional delivery or shipping charges may apply.

Cancellations, Refunds & Order Issues

Cancellations, changes, refunds, damaged orders, and incorrect orders are handled in accordance with BeauTemp’s Refund Policy. Customers should contact BeauTemp promptly if there is a problem with an order.

Acceptance of Custom Design

Colors, arrangement, presentation, packaging, and individual products may vary because each BeauTemp gift is created individually. Photos of previous creations are provided as examples and are not guarantees of an identical finished design.

Applicable Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
