Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your custom order and begin the creation process.

Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact BeauTemp as soon as possible. Once we have begun purchasing materials or creating your custom gift, the order may no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Custom Orders: Because our gifts are individually designed and prepared for each recipient, completed custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or BeauTemp makes an error, please contact us promptly after delivery. We may request photographs so we can evaluate the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Substitutions: Product availability may vary. When necessary, BeauTemp may substitute an item, container, ribbon, packaging, or other component with a comparable alternative while maintaining the overall style, quality, and value of your gift.
